block-3 master plan

block-3 is a 6.8 acre site in the heart of the Wire Rope District. It is strategically located at the Intersection of Hamilton Avenue and Rte. 129, opposite the Sun Bank Arena. It offers outstanding access to transportation, both via public transit and roads (map).  Four major buildings currently exist on the site.*

Block 3 Base concept

block-3 is located within an Urban Transit Hub Tax Credit Zone. If your business requires more than 70,000 SF, it's possible to define a project of new construction that might qualify for the tax credit. Please contact us for more information.

*The building numbers were originated by the John A. Roebling Son's Company when they used the site to create wire rope for use in suspension bridges, elevators, and other applications.  See "history".
